One NZ
In 2023, Vodafone NZ relaunched as One NZ to the New Zealand public, and with it came a new brand expression.
FCB was engaged a year later, to help tighten the effectiveness of this new brand. Our work focused mainly on two areas: creating brand communications that emphasise genuine human connection, and developing a design system of recognisable brand assets, acting as visual shortcuts for consumers, and improve attribution scores.
This was completed through subtle adjustments: a headline treatment designed to recall UI elements, a firmer commitment to their brand colour through all levels of comms, and incorporating a holding shape into their logo, ensuring legibility across all outputs.
This refreshed approach tightened the brand for the future by ironing out some of the kinks, enhancing the toolkit into a more distinctive communications system.
