Otahuhu is one of Auckland’s oldest suburbs, positioned at the crossroad to Central and South Auckland. This vibrant, character-filled community is the home of Mason Square, a residential development from NZ Living. With almost half of the area identifying as Polynesian ethnicity, we developed a brand that reflected the rich heritage of the area, through the use of red and blue, and graphic tropical prints. These were paired with contemporary typography and layout treatments, for a result that is youthful and dynamic.
