Tandem Travel, Air New Zealand’s corporate travel arm, had been announced on the approved list of travel providers for New Zealand Government agencies. They wanted a communications piece that highlighted specific insights into their relationship with their clients at the agencies, and would encourage them to re-sign with them as their travel partner. We opted to send them ‘the world’s best pen’, customised to celebrate a special moment from their existing Tandem relationship. These were packaged up in elegant boxes, with every element environmentally sustainable.
